Hi it's me again.

It seems that in the Swedish dataset, there are mostly NULL in the columns for pickup_booking_rule_id resulting in an error:

I think the issue is here:

as the * allows other columns to sneak into the INSERT query.

pickup_booking_rule_id seems to be a GTFS extension (from a quick Google search) so it's definitely different from #4
