Announcing vland - a virtual userland manager for Lxroot

I am pleased to announce the availability of the first version of vland:

• vland is a virtual userland manager for x86_64 Linux, written in Dash shell.
• vland is a high-level convenience wrapper around Lxroot.
• vland is the easiest way to start using Lxroot.
