Add Hover Effect to Footer Links on Home Page

Description

Currently, the footer links on the home page don’t have any hover effect, which makes it hard for users to realize they are clickable.
This issue proposes adding a subtle hover effect to improve user experience and visual feedback as it does include it on other pages of the site.

Expected Behavior

• On hover, footer links should display a visual effect such as:

  Underline, or

  Light pop-up (shadow + translate effect).

• Effect should match the site’s theme (colors, fonts, etc.).

Purpose

Improves UX by giving clear feedback that links are interactive, making the site feel more polished and user-friendly.
