Dark theme button not working on Yield Prediction ML analytics

Describe the bug

Problem:
The theme changer button is not working in the page: Crop Yield Prediction/crop_yield_app/templates/index.html

Solution :

1. Review the JavaScript
2. Check the CSS

Go to this page and click on the light (theme button).

Expected behavior

It should have toggled between light theme and dark theme.
