Theme dark mode not changing color of text

Describe the bug

Currently, the AgriTech web application have a page after logging in, the Dark mode of that page is affecting some text to be un readable.

Proposed Solution:

• Color Palette Adjustments

Benefits:

• Improves branding and professional appearance.
• Helps users read the text in the Dark theme.
• Creates a more polished and user-friendly look.
