Enhance Card Selection Visibility in Farmer Dashboard

When a farmer logs into the application, a list of cards is displayed for navigation. Currently, when a card is selected, the entire card background turns green. However, the navigation arrow icon inside the card is also green, causing it to blend into the background. This makes the navigation direction unclear and reduces usability.

To improve this, when a card is selected then navigation icon should be changed to white.
