Making feedback page responsive and updating footer of dashboard page

I have seen too much errors in mobile screen view 2 errors are listed below-

1. Responsiveness of Feedback form page.
   

2.Unstructured Footer od Dashboard (main.html)

One more backend error i have recognised that when i click on dashboard it showing that i have logged in and now log out option is available but i didn't logged in yet. and also log out not working.
