feat: expand driver-tested STL coverage on LDK 0.7.7

Update crtsys to consume LDK 0.7.7 and keep diagnostic breakpoints suppressible for normal driver-test runs.

Add CRT/STL runtime helpers needed by the expanded MSVC STL surface, including math, RTTI, filesystem, locale, format, PMR, and charconv-dependent paths.

Grow cppreference-based kernel driver coverage for RTTI, atomic wait/notify, chrono timezone, filesystem, locale, regex, PMR, ranges, format, lerp, and floating-point charconv paths.

Refresh the feature coverage, IRQL contract, and cppreference attribution docs so the matrix is presented as explicit driver-test coverage rather than an exhaustive support boundary.
