- Rewrite README with logo, screenshot gallery, feature table, and comparison matrix
- Add 9 SEO-optimized blog posts (15,800+ words) covering eye health,
  productivity, app comparisons, team wellness, and developer guides
- Enhance landing page: hero screenshots, social proof bar, blog highlights
- Add JSON-LD structured data, Twitter Cards, sitemap.xml, robots.txt
- Update blog index with all 9 posts linked
- Add article CSS styles for consistent blog rendering
- Capture app screenshots (home screen + break overlay)
- Include all prior app changes: overlay service, tray improvements,
  theme refresh, logo updates, settings tab alignment
