Custom convergence points for each voice in Can.converge

It would be cool to have a way to override the global cp provided to the ~convCanon function and have custom cps for each voice.

How would the API look like?

cp could be Number, [Number], CanonData -> Number, CanonData -> [Number], (VoiceIndex: Number), CanonData -> (VoiceIndex: Number)
