404 error: getting-started/build_with_Llama_3_2.ipynb

Describe the bug
A link in the How-to guides section points to getting-started/build_with_Llama_3_2.ipynb, but that file does not exist on the main branch and returns a 404.

To Reproduce

1. Go to the “Build with Llama” notebook link in the How-to guides:
   https://github.com/meta-llama/llama-cookbook/blob/main/getting-started/build_with_Llama_3_2.ipynb
2. Observe the 404 page.

@pushpakumarbalan the documentation was reworked, and now should have an updated version of How-to's.

@IgorKasianenko Thanks for the update! I checked the documentation and the link now points to the updated How-to resources. The issue appears to be resolved, so this can be closed.
