Expected behavior: The modal should maintain a fixed width and height regardless of the selected category. It should also support selecting multiple participants.

Bug: The session title is too large and positioned too close to the Conversations section, making the interface difficult to scan and read.
Expected behavior: Increase the spacing between these elements and adjust the title size to improve readability and allow for quicker identification of information.
3. Conversations Panel Content Clipping
Bug: Elements are being clipped, such as the agent name and the CTA button at the bottom of the panel. Additionally, a button to minimize the Conversations panel is displayed, although it is not included in the approved design and should be removed.
Expected behavior: Adjust spacing, layout, and scrolling behavior to prevent content from being cut off. Long names should be truncated using an ellipsis ("...") and display the full content in a tooltip on hover. Remove the Conversations panel minimize button to match the approved design.
