Scope

• Data-bound zones filled from extraction; §4 components flex with the codebase (sparse landing app → few; design-system repo → many), conform to §4 variant-block grammar.
• Format to exemplar quality (descriptive-name+hex, 'why' prose).
• §10–15 content stays evidence-bound (cite or [FILL IN]) — exemplar calibrates the ceiling, evidence sets the fill. No mad-libs.
• Score draft vs exemplar for depth parity.

Acceptance

• Output passes §4 grammar + §1–15 presence; component depth scales with repo; no evidence-free §10–15 content.
