chore: relicense from MIT to FSL-1.1-MIT (#132)
Switches the project license from MIT to the Functional Source License (FSL-1.1-MIT) to prevent commercial competing uses. The license automatically converts to MIT on the 2nd anniversary of each release. - LICENSE: replaced with official FSL-1.1-MIT text (copyright 2026 Kayba.ai) - pyproject.toml: license field set to FSL-1.1-MIT; classifier swapped to "License :: Other/Proprietary License" (FSL is not OSI-approved) The kayba-tracing client SDK under sdk/python/ intentionally remains MIT.
