Create page with list of suggestion of conferences

During JupyterHub and JupyterBook Collab Cafe on 21 April 2026 (announced in #898), @KirstieJane, @Arielle-Bennett, Faith and I come to the conclusion that we would like to have a page at the team compass dedicated to conferences.
