New version in PYPI but no release in GITHUB

Is the release in PyPi legitimate? https://pypi.org/project/jupyterlab-code-snippets/2.2.0/ I don't see this under releases

This versions does appear to broken as well. After installing the package doesn't show up in labextensions or the left menu
