There ain't usersetup.py file. Should I create it?
I simply wrote the following at Script Editor, hit play, but it didn't work.

Yes, if you want you can create the userSetup.py file and put that code inside. This will cause the menus to be created when Maya is opened.

If you run the code inside the script editor it will just create the menus in both the channel-box and the Modify menu. Then here you will be able to run all the commands that this tool has.

silly instructions. there are 3 scripts location. does it matter which one? also there is no setup file.... like..... what is going on here?
