What this issue tracks

Phase C of the wild ecosystem truth & presentation audit (2026-05-28) — install @intentsolutions/audit-harness in this repo and run /audit-tests to produce a TEST_AUDIT.md baseline.

Pre-reading

The operator-grade appaudit for this repo (Phase B output) is at 000-docs/012-AT-AUDT-appaudit-2026-05-28.md. It already calls out the v2 work items + test-quality observations — Phase C work should be informed by it.

Tasks

• Blocked on intent-audit-harness#44 — the install.sh is broken after the repo rename (tarball path is intent-audit-harness-*, not audit-harness-*). Once #44 lands, run:
  AUDIT_HARNESS_VERSION=v0.2.X bash <(curl -sSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/jeremylongshore/intent-audit-harness/main/install.sh) git add .audit-harness/ scripts/audit-harness git commit -m "chore: install audit-harness for test policy enforcement"
• Run /audit-tests to produce TEST_AUDIT.md (read-only diagnostic; no filesystem mutations beyond writing this report and observational sections of tests/TESTING.md if missing)
• Triage any P0/P1 gaps; if material, hand off to /implement-tests to scaffold missing layers
• Track-only, do NOT do here: the nitpicky CI lints (markdownlint/vale/shellcheck/yamllint/actionlint/gitleaks) are being added at the harness level per intent-audit-harness#45; don't wire one-off per-repo workflows
• Close this issue when the TEST_AUDIT.md is filed and any P0/P1 gaps either fixed or filed as follow-up issues
