Unknown Error Occurred

When entering the server (Western Europe - but I tried others), client id, client secret, device id, all from the developer platform, the box resets with 'Unknown Error Occurred'.

I don't know if it's anything to do with it, but I'm using a Laresar L6 Pro vac. Obviously already tied in, just can't get a map working in HA -fine in Tuya app on the phone though.

I am having the same problem adding when a Cleanova W11.
I have checked all the details in the Tuya Developer Platform and made sure I am connecting to the right server.
Any help would be great.

5 - whilst still in your Project go to the Service API Tab and “Go to Authorise” and add “Sweeping Robot Open Service” - this was crucial.

But i am getting an uknown error as well after the subscription error
