After reading #346 I did some more digging and I noticed Android 16 and particularly 17 don't support the screenOrientation anymore. Where in 16 there was a workaround, in 17 this option is gone, see https://developer.android.com/about/versions/17/changes/ff-restrictions-ignored.
Does this mean that some more fundamental work should go into the app to properly support 16/17?
