Adapter doesn't update states if it not changed

In ioBroker state has two timestamps: update time and last change time. But systeminfo update state only if it changed. So it's impossible to understand how often adapter update state or may be adapter doesn't work at all.

I have a similar problem. I use the adapter together with influx. Only changed data is written to influx. When the adapter reads out data, nothing is processed to influx. The first processing starts after a value has changed. Regardless of the config in influx.
