Add a logs summarizer in the sdsc utils

To know which tasks have failed in the SDSC. I need to create a quick summary file generated from the logs which has the information about the time of the run for the log, the pid and snippet which was affected - and what was the error type - add some standardized error types.

In the log summary also add the number of datasets produced for each feature type.
