Error while loading module tailwind.config.js, TypeError: plugin.load.call is not a function

Hi! I am trying to add Histoire to a Vue3 project (link to the repo) that's using Tailwind. I followed the instructions in the Histoire docs but I keep seeing this error when I try running yarn story:dev:

I'm running into this problem as well. Sort of stuck, not quite sure how to resolve this.
