Bug Report: Smart Vaults Not Displaying in UI

Description

I created 2 Smart Vaults on May 23, 2026 via app.geniusyield.co. Both vault creation transactions are confirmed on-chain, but the UI has been showing "0 Active Vaults" / "No Smart Vaults yet" for over 24 hours. The backend indexer does not appear to be mapping my wallet's UTxOs to the vault dashboard.

Steps Taken

• Reconnected wallet multiple times
• Hard refresh / cache cleared
• Tried multiple browsers
• Reported via Discord, Twitter/X (@GeniusyieldO), and email to support@geniusyield.co

Expected Behavior

Vaults should appear in the Smart Vaults dashboard under "My Vaults"

Actual Behavior

Dashboard shows "No Smart Vaults yet" despite confirmed on-chain vault creation transactions

Additional Context

Funds are confirmed safe on-chain. This appears to be a backend indexer/sync issue. Please advise on either a fix or the correct redeemer structure to manually cancel the vaults via CLI if the UI cannot be restored. cc @4TT1L4
