FIX: there is currently no limits on amt of bookmarks or amt of cont watching. put a rotation of oldest out newest in like searches and viewing progress

continue watching now has a limit of 250 and they rotate oldest out to make room for newest. updated items go to the front of the line again so user always see the latest item they interacted with.

probably have to give the user a view besides the carousel for when there are a lot of them. there is code on the idx_db branch for something like that.
