Moving the top left of the main window to another screen with a different resolution creates scaling bugs

On a 16" MBP running 14.8.5 with an external asus MB14AC HD screen, moving the top left of the window to the other screen results in an unreadable screen and resizes the window to be extremely wide. Settings for main display: 17281117 (default), external: 19201080
