Unable to commission Matter device to another ecosystem after removing from Apple Home

esp-idf version: 5.4.1

I can successfully commission my Matter device to Apple Home. However, after removing the device from Apple Home, I am unable to commission it to Google Home or Amazon Alexa.

To reproduce:

Commission the device to Apple Home.
Remove the device from Apple Home.
Put the device into commissioning mode (or factory reset if required).
Attempt to commission it to Google Home or Amazon Alexa.

The device is expected to be commissionable to another Matter ecosystem after being removed from Apple Home, but commissioning fails on both Google Home and Amazon Alexa.

If I commission the device to Google Home or Amazon Alexa first, remove it, and then commission it to another ecosystem, everything works as expected. The issue only occurs when the device was previously commissioned to Apple Home.

Is there any additional fabric cleanup or reset required on the ESP-Matter side after removing the device from Apple Home?

I tried reproducing this issue on my end but was not able to observe the same behavior.

There is no additional fabric cleanup required from the ESP-Matter side. A factory reset should return the device to its initial state, after which it should be possible to commission it to any Matter ecosystem, including Google Home or Amazon Alexa.

If the issue persists, could you please share the device-side logs captured during the commissioning attempt? Those logs would be helpful for further debugging and understanding what might be causing the failure.

I suspect that the Keychain-Fabric was not removed from the device (Apple automatically adds two fabrics to a device during commissioning).

@SI-David-Kopczynski , I removed the keychain and attempted the onboarding process again, but the device is still not onboarding to the new ecosystem.
