Should `jupyter-server-fileid` or `jupyter-collaboration` be a required dependency of `jupyter-mcp-server`?

jupyter-collaboration is listed as an optional dependency, but most of the MCP's tools fail without it.

Specifically, all of the cell manipulation tools (execute_cell, overwrite_cell_source, insert_cell, insert_execute_code_cell) fail, only execute_code works.

Would it make sense to make jupyter-server-fileid a requirement, if not jupyter-collaboration wholesale?

jupyter-collaboration should be required, correct (jupyter-server-fileid should not imho) - happy to reveiw a PR :)
