Add HTML UI Support

Currently, the UI builder does not support custom HTML rendering. Adding HTML support would help developers create more flexible and advanced UI components with better customization options.

It would be great to have:

Custom HTML blocks/components
HTML rendering support
Better integration with CSS and JavaScript

This feature would make the UI system much more powerful for developers.
