I need help when I'm starting on a brand new product offering. I don't have any copy, pricing, branding strategy, customer base, etc. Should I start from customer and work backwards ? Give some ordering of how these skills should piece together.

You've hit on a major friction point. The repository has a fantastic collection of tactical execution skills, but when you're starting from absolute zero, "analysis paralysis" kicks in, and it's hard to know which skill to invoke first.

I love your suggestion of starting from the customer and working backwards. I am going to build out this meta-skill—tentatively naming it start-from-scratch—to act as an orchestrator/CMO agent.

It will guide the user through a structured, phased sequencing roadmap utilizing our existing tools:

1. Foundations First: Forcing the agent to run customer-research to build data profiles, then synthesizing those findings cleanly into our core .agents/product-marketing.md configuration file.
2. Core Strategy: Mapping out positioning benchmarks via competitors and nailing down unit economics with pricing.
3. Asset Blueprinting: Designing high-converting user frameworks with copywriting, signup, and cro, followed by establishing baseline measurement layers via analytics.
4. Distribution Activation: Directing traffic loops through immediate outreach channels like launch, ads, or cold-email.
