They seem to be available from logs_url in https://docs.github.com/en/rest/actions/workflow-runs?apiVersion=2022-11-28#get-a-workflow-run-attempt

Even better if these can be added with a relevant span id to match the traces generated for each job.

There is a New Relic specific variant that does basically the same thing as this one (OTel -> New Relic) that does collect logs you could probably use as reference: https://github.com/newrelic-experimental/gha-new-relic-exporter

Yeah it looks like a useful feature, I can work on adding that.
I'd probably make it optional though, since logs can be quite large and can increase costs in your opentelemetry backend.
