A clean version of Data Harmonizer

Hi, I wonder if it's okay to remove some folders/files on my end. We developed some schema templates and wanted to have a clean version of data harmonizer. Thank you!

That should be fine insofar as no one else outside our development team has direct editing rights on the DataHarmonizer repo on github. If you have a fork of it that you are removing web/templates/ folders that do exist on the main DataHarmonizer site, then a pull request originating from that fork could be including these delete requests if on say the dh2-1m-rework branch, so then we'd have to reject that pull request. In future template dev will be entirely separate but for now we have to make do with that quirk.

Is it okay to remove the following folders and files without breaking its fuctions?
