Public health perspective: possible improvements

Hi everyone, thanks for building StatsPAI. From a public health perspective, I think the project could be especially useful for applied epidemiology, surveillance, and health policy workflows. A few possible areas for improvement:

• More examples using public health datasets, such as disease surveillance, screening, or health disparities data.
• Clearer guidance on uncertainty, bias, missingness, and interpretability for applied users.
• Small templates or tutorials that connect statistical outputs to public health decision-making.

I may explore some of these ideas further and contribute via PRs if there is interest. Happy to hear what would be most useful to the project.
