We’ve integrated the Akamai Insights Datasource Plugin into our Grafana setup to visualize reporting data. While the plugin works well for visualization, we’re encountering issues when trying to configure alerting based on the metrics it provides. Specifically, Grafana does not allow alerts to be set up using this datasource.
We understand this is an unofficial plugin, but we would appreciate clarification on the following:
- Are there any plans to support alerting functionality in future releases?
- If not, could you outline the limitations that currently prevent alerting from being supported?
