I went to use this on another Stack Exchange website (other than Stack Overflow), and I was surprised to discover there weren't any generic Stack Exchange network-wide ones. For example, question is vague, question is multiple questions in one, it lacks detail etc. etc.
Though given that the last edit to this codebase was four years ago, I'm guessing this is abandonware?
