"File Not Found" Error?

Thanks for the work . I flashed an ESP32-2432S028 with both the T5 and T6 firmwares. The device boots, queries for the ODB2 device and then connects. It then brings up the first UI screen, and then, after a few seconds, shows "File Not Found" and powers down.

Any advice on how to troubleshoot?

Seem it's the automatic turn-off feature.
The gauge by deafult will read the ecu voltage, if it's lower than 12.5 volt
It will automatically turn off within a few sec (detect that user turned engine off)
So after bluetooth connected and enter the gauage display page.
Try press & hold the config button to enter config page and set the voltage to lower
(you must add this tackle button ,can see info from schematic from this repo)

I did a search for "file not found" in the repo and couldn't find any code or documents that referenced that string.

I appreciate your time and effort! I'll follow up and will look at a pull to idiot-proof the documentation you have already provided.

FYI, the file not found message warning actually is a goodbye picture display that fades whenever the gauge switches to sleep mode (engine off). You can upload your own picture, too. This function is in one of the configuration menus. Copy your own picture onto an SD card, insert it, and use the "Load my pic" function to copy the picture to the gauge.
