Clean up Currently Existing Branches in Repository

Summary

There are many branches that are depreciated and no longer in development. These need to be reviewed, merged (if there are any changes that need to be merged), and/or deleted.

Acceptance Criteria

The branches existing in the repository either

• Are currently being developed on
• Awaiting peer review with a pull request

Also,

• Develop is released to Master
