Refreshing Service Workers doesn't work in Firefox

When releasing a new version of the app the "Refresh to load page." does not work in Firefox. Figure out how to force skipWait

Unregistering service workers as suggested does not work. This works in Chrome though.

Get back to this when a solution arises.
