Separate pages for contributors

I've set up some markdown pages (under contributors). The templates are still pending, but the pages themselves can still be created without much problem.

To clarify - this is primarily meant for the high-level contributors (as in the various main coders for bots and surrounding frameworks, along with constant hosts where there's no overlap with the coders). The exact details are open for discussion, but I'll exclude feedback-only , because having several pages saying "User <name> has: <list> given feedback" is pointless not really worth it.
