[Bug report] Broken ontology link

Hi,

Missing two ontology term while do imports the plant ontology(https://github.com/Planteome/plant-ontology/blob/master/plant-ontology.obo) into database:

3. find broken ontology link to parent: [plant_structure_development_stage] PO:0009012: plant structure development stage -> is_a: BFO:0000015 ! process; novocell.R#_clr_interop::.imports_anatomy_ontology\[imports_anatomy_ontology] [novocell.R#_clr_interop::.imports_anatomy_ontology at [MSI_analysis, Version=5.3233.9133.16409, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null]:line &Hx0387c68c0]

4. find broken ontology link to parent: [plant_anatomy] PO:0025131: plant anatomical entity -> is_a: BFO:0000040 ! material entity; novocell.R#_clr_interop::.imports_anatomy_ontology\[imports_anatomy_ontology] [novocell.R#_clr_interop::.imports_anatomy_ontology at [MSI_analysis, Version=5.3233.9133.16409, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null]:line &Hx0387c68c0]

• PO:0009012 is_a BFO:0000015, term BFO:0000015 is missing in plant-ontology.obo
• PO:0025131 is_a BFO:0000040, term BFO:0000040 is missing in plant-ontology.obo

Dear Xieuigang,
I am not sure how you are opening the plant-ontology.obo file, but when i open it in Protege editor, the imports noted above are present. We actually do not recommend using the Editor's version (plant-ontology.obo) of the ontology for import into databases, but instead recommend using the official PURL: http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/po.owl or http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/po.obo, if you prefer.

thank you very much for your reply.😋 However, when I used the official PURL file at http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/po.obo for imports into database, I found that the terms BFO:0000015 and BFO:0000040 are still missing in this file, could not found the corresponding term definition information.
