Add default height for lazy loaded components

When scrolling when there's tweets in the content jumps sometimes when the tweet lazy loads.

I just tested with YouTube and there seems to be a default height in there so maybe just the tweet component?

Not tried the other ones, thanks anyways for the awesome tool!!

@spences10 thanks mate! Yeah I agree. A default height for Tweets is a good idea! I’ll have a think and see what the options are.
