Issue overview

Many packages in the requirements.txt and dg3n.yml files do not have specific versions specified. Installing the latest versions of these packages can lead to compatibility issues. It would be beneficial if the dGen team could specify versions for all packages. Additionally, please consider updating the requirements.txt file, as it currently lacks several packages. I'd happy to do a pull request if you guys want.
