Board of Directors Membership Expirations

Hi Team!

We are about to run into a situation where we are at the end of the fiscal year and we still do not have information on our Board and Committee memberships and assignments!

This means that the current members' terms will end on 6/30/26. We may not get membership information until next week and we want to make sure that:

1. Once board members are not marked as (current), we want them to no longer show up here ?
2. A new member (Rex Richardson) will be taking over the Long Beach sector which is highlighted currently under Fernando Dutra. How do we make sure that Dutra does not show up after his term ends on 6/30. And how do we make sure that we are able to assign Rex Richardson to the Long Beach sector of the map? Do we have a way to edit this in the CMS?

Fernando Dutra currently has the title "Appointee of Los Angeles County City Selection Committee, South East Long Beach sector".

When we add Rex Richardson into Legistar, he will also have this title. Does this have any effect on the map at all?

Hi @neilarellano -- the site only displays board members on the listing page who are currently serving, i.e. the end date of their post is in the future.

Since the new terms haven't been posted to Legistar yet, after today the board member table will be blank. Is that what we want until the new terms are posted?

As for Rex Richardson, there shouldn't be a conflict between him and Dutra. As long as Richardson has the same title, the map should update automatically.

Yes we would prefer to have the board members page blank until new terms are posted.
