These terms govern the use of the Platform SDK and any applications, bots, or tools built using it.
By using the SDK or connecting to the Platform, you agree to these terms.
The SDK and any related services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
The Platform operator makes no guarantees regarding:
- availability of the Platform or API
- stability or compatibility of the SDK
- correctness of data or responses
- continued support or maintenance
Use of the SDK is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform operator shall not be liable for any damages resulting from:
- use or inability to use the SDK
- service interruptions
- API changes or removal
- data loss
- incompatibilities with future versions
You may not use the SDK or the Platform in any way that:
- harms or attempts to harm the Platform infrastructure
- disrupts the service or other users
- overloads the servers or network
- interferes with normal operation of the Platform
The Platform operator may restrict or block access to the Platform at any time if such behavior is detected.
The Platform operator may modify:
- the SDK
- the API
- these terms
at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the SDK after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Access to the Platform or API may be limited, suspended, or revoked at any time, for any reason, at the sole discretion of the Platform operator.
By using the SDK or connecting to the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
