add sfdmap2

Looking at the GitHub: https://github.com/AmpelAstro/sfdmap2 - it looks like new versions are not being added to PyPI (the PyPI version is from 2024: https://pypi.org/project/sfdmap2/)

Are we looking to use the tip of the main branch? Do we have contact with the maintainers? I'd like to ask that they at least make a tag that is installable from PyPI rather than pull the latest untagged version from GitHub, if possible.

Thanks @heather999! I've been using pip install sfdmap2 and have not thought about versions. I don't know the maintainers, there seems to be a contact on the PyPI page but not sure if it's up-to-date.

@mi-dai I added sfdmap2 to the current td_env production environment. I've also added it to the list of packages to include in future versions of td_env.
I don't see a good way to contact the maintainers. From what I can see, the package is minimally maintained. At some point we may find this package will not install when we upgrade to later versions of python and other packages. For now - I think it'll be ok, but it is something we might want to keep an eye on.
