is qp-prob required by sacc? #99

Description

@heather999

Hi! I've been installing sacc from conda-forge. I'm having a bit of a conda vs pip issue that I think is unrelated to this but one of my errors during a conda env setup when I reach a pip install step results in this error message:

ERROR: pip's dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed. This behaviour is the source of the following dependency conflicts.
sacc 0.12 requires qp-prob, which is not installed.

I can see in the requirements.txt that indeed it looks like qp-prob is required and that is used in setup.py,, but the conda-forge recipe doesn't seem to include it. Is it meant to be different depending on whether we use conda-forge or pip?
