Background
Tracking item split from #395 (blindspot-audit F-9). The only complete end-to-end worked example (examples/showcase/) dates from the v2.7 era (2026-03). Nine minor releases of machinery since — triangulation, terminal policies, claim audit (#103), the Kong track (#260/#261/#262), experiment provenance, the deterministic citation gate (#182) — appear in no full real-run artifact set. The suite increasingly measures itself against synthetic threats (#250 acknowledges the gold sets are largely fabricated tuples).
Scope
When the next real paper is written with the suite, run the full pipeline and publish the artifact set (suitably anonymized) as a second showcase covering current-generation gates: terminal policies, claim audit, provenance intake, citation-existence verification.
Blocked on
The next real paper. No artificial deadline (per the #395 adjudication) — this issue exists so the obligation is visible, not to schedule it.
