This license governs the commercial use of Hollow House Institute (HHI) canonical terminology, definitions, and governance language.

Covered Material

Includes but is not limited to:

Behavioral Drift
Decision Substitution
Escalation Decay
Stable Mirrors
Governance Infrastructure
Longitudinal Risk
Accountability Diffusion
Override Erosion

Grant

Non-commercial use: permitted with attribution.
Commercial use: requires a paid license from HHI.

Prohibited Without License

Inclusion in internal policies
Vendor frameworks
Consulting deliverables
Product documentation
Governance tooling or dashboards

Attribution

All permitted uses must cite: “Hollow House Institute — Governance Glossary (vX.X.X)”

Enforcement

Unauthorized commercial use constitutes breach and may require retroactive licensing fees.
