Several docs and package metadata entries still point to Goldentrii/AgentRecall instead of this repository, Goldentrii/AgentRecall-MCP.

Examples I found:

• README license badge links to Goldentrii/AgentRecall/blob/main/LICENSE
• Claude command install snippets use raw.githubusercontent.com/Goldentrii/AgentRecall/...
• Issues links point to Goldentrii/AgentRecall/issues
• package metadata in some workspace packages points at the old repo URL

This can send users to stale or missing pages when installing commands, checking the license, or opening issues. I can send a small docs/metadata PR to update these active links to Goldentrii/AgentRecall-MCP.
