[FEAUTRE REQUEST] Unlimited Silence All Mode

Can you plese remove the limitation of the "Silence All Mode" ? I have my alarms in xDrip and AndroidAPS and don't need the double annoyance of the Dexcom app. I think the best way is to remove the limit of the Silence All Mode, so that I can have it always aktivated.

The permission android.permission.ACCESS_NOTIFICATION_POLICY allows the app to change the audio settings. It might work to just remove the permission from the manifest and let the app fail trying to change it. Otherwise we would need to search for code like this:

There also seems to be dexcom-src/res/raw/alerts_sounds_low_alert.mp4 which we could simply replace with a silent sound 😅
